This hotel has really kind and nice staff, and the restaurant offers great hot meals, plus it's just a 15-minute walk to the bus stop for King Street Shops.

Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. The room is fine and beautiful with high ceiling. The staff is amicable and the breakfast is extensive and superb.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the heart of the 'Weinlese' festival and conveniently situated across from the train station. The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the cozy bar/lounge area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. The on-site spa and wellness center was an absolute treat, offering a range of indulgent treatments and facilities that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I cannot recommend this place enough!

stayed at a lovely hotel in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse and was pleasantly surprised. Modern rooms, spotlessly clean, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Will definitely return!

We had a pleasant city trip and our hotel stay was great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty foods, including fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs to order.

While we had a good stay overall, there were a few things that could have been improved. One of the main downsides was that our room faced a busy road and railway, which made it quite noisy at night.

Had a fabulous Easter stay at this hotel. Loved the spacious and modern rooms, which were beautifully decorated and very clean. the friendly staff were a real plus, and the breakfast was superb. I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast and the range of lovely hot food available. the hotel was conveniently located close to the town centre and train station, which was great for exploring.

The only real downside was the limited selection of food for dinner, and the high prices. the food that I ordered was absolutely delicious.
